The Texas state Board of Education, could be facing an ominous tipping point, thanks to a looming appointment of a New World Order theorist who holds that President Obama once found employ as a homosexual prostitute.  A Houston Chronicle article revealed that Mary Lou Bruner came just a couple of points away from clinching the 50 percent majority vote that is necessary to ward off an election rerun. The rather unhinged Bruner, is of the opinion that educating pupils on sexual health ‘’stimulates’’ children to experiment with sex and that the United Nations looks to exterminate two – thirds of the earth’s population.

In a bid to improve her chances of sitting on the esteemed position, the retired teacher went to great lengths, deleting any social media content that may paint her in a bad light. This however did not completely evade the reach of all media sites. In October she posted, ‘’ Obama has a soft spot for homosexuals because of the years he spent as a male prostitute in his twenties.’’ She went on to add, ‘’That is how he paid for his drugs.’’

The retiree’s rants don’t end there however. She gave her opinion regarding climate change, saying, ‘’ Just think about how much money the government has wasted educating the people about the government hoax which officials first called ‘Global Warming.’’ She clarified, ‘Government later changed the term to ‘Climate Change’ because government lies or predictions did not come true, and the people were becoming very suspicious because the world wasn’t getting warmer.’’

And if they may have been any doubt as to the conspiracy theorist’s quirkiness, her conviction that dinosaurs made part of the population on the biblical Noah’s Ark takes the cup. ‘’ The dinosaurs on the ark may have been babies and not able to reproduce’’ she marvelled. ‘’ It might make sense to take the small dinosaurs onto the ark instead of the ones bigger than a bus.’’

Surprisingly, given her remarks about the relationship between school shootings and the inclusion of evolution in the school curriculum, Bruner will be going head to head with runner up Keven Ellis in what should be an interesting run – off poll to be held in May.
