Mayor Jim Fouts of Warren, Michigan is facing some major backlash after an audio leaked of him using derogatory remarks against African-Americans and women.

The recordings, which were obtained by Motor City Muckrakers, has Fouts dropping the N-word and describing older women as “dried up c*nts.”

“Blacks do look like chimpanzees,” the voice heard on the recording says. “I was watching this black woman with her daughter and they looked like two chimps.”

The 74-year old mayor can also be heard explaining why he doesn’t like to date older women.

“Think I want to date a f*cking 60-year-old hag?” Fouts says. “F*ck that shit. I’m not interested in any old ugly hag. I think after a certain age they are dried up, washed up burned out.”

“They are pussies when they are young,” he says. “And when they get older, they’re just mean, hateful dried-up c*nts.”

Just this past December Flouts was let go from weekly show on 910AM Radio Superstation after he was recorded saying that disabled people “aren’t even human beings.”

The mayor claims that that his rival Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel made the fake tape.

“This recording was not me! (he has the expertise available to him to electronically engineer it),” Fouts wrote in a Facebook post. “This is a PHONY tape.”
