Actor and model, Antonio Sabato Jr., was one of several celebrities who appeared at the Republican National Convention to show their support for the presumptive Republican presidential nominee. He also used the opportunity to attack President Barack Obama and accuse him of Muslim.
“We had a Muslim president for seven and a half years,” Sabato told ABC News. “That’s what I believe, and I have the right to believe that. He grew up in that world. That’s what he comes from.”
When he was asked if he had any proof to back up his accusations, he said: “It’s in my heart. I see it for what it is. I believe he’s on the other side — the Middle East. He’s with them, he’s not with us.”
Sabato went on to blame Obama for the recent attacks on police officers, claiming it was because Obama doesn’t respect law enforcement officials or teachers. He fears that Hillary Clinton would only make things “even worse.”
