Larry Flynt, a renowned publisher, sat down with the Daily Beast recently to discuss the current Republican presidential candidates. He cautioned that though Donald Trump is a force to reckon with, Ted Cruz is actually a more perilous choice as he seems to truly believe in ‘’the crap’’ that he sells as he goes about campaigning.

“There have been other people in history that have been a lot like Trump. I just watched a documentary about Mussolini and it’s uncanny the resemblance they have, not only in their speech but their whole persona,” Flynt noted. “Trump controls what I call the low-information voters, the low-hanging fruit. I think very few intelligent people are going to be voting for Donald Trump.”

He then focused his attention on Marco Rubio. Making light of his hopeless endeavor to rejuvenate his campaign trail by poking fun at Trump’s manhood, Flynt shared Rubio’s sentiment.  “I definitely think there’s a lot of truth there. Not necessarily in relation to a man’s fingers, but the kind of cars he drives and the kind of buildings he builds, it all has to do with trying to compensate maybe for a lack of manhood. Trump’s probably got a 3-inch dick,” he commented.

As far as Flynt is concerned, from the Democrats’ side, Hillary Clinton will come out victorious and she has the mettle to outrun both Trump as well as Cruz. To this he added a cautionary statement, stating that the country needed to be on guard because Cruz, contrary to Trump, actually believes everything that comes out of his mouth.

“Despite Hilary’s problems I think she’ll beat Trump or Cruz, either one. I think the Republican Party can’t recover from this,” Flynt argued. “Trump has offended about every group he can except white men. The only difference between Trump and Cruz is Trump just says all this crap but Cruz believes it — and that’s what makes him so dangerous.”

Flynt concluded by affirming his stance, as he acknowledge Hillary Clinton as ‘’the most qualified person running. ‘’
