Former Apprentice Contestant Subpoenas Trump Campaign For All Documents On Sexual Assault Claims

A previous hopeful on Donald Trump’s TV program has served the President’s crusade advisory group with a subpoena asking for all reports identified with rapes professedly dedicated by the president.

As per Buzzfeed, the subpoena originated from lawyers for Summer Zervos, a previous hopeful on The Apprentice who has blamed Trump for kissing and grabbing her in 2007.

The subpoena was served back in March, yet just became visible this end of the week following the surge of charges of assault and rape supposedly dedicated by motion picture maker Harvey Weinstein.

As per the report, lawyers for Zervos have asked for “all archives concerning any allegations that were made amid Donald J. Trump’s decision battle for president, that he subjected any lady to undesirable sexual touching as well as sexually wrong conduct.”

The lawyers recorded an accumulation of ladies who have blamed Trump for ambush, including, Jessica Leeds, Mindy McGillivray, Rachel Crooks, Natasha Stoynoff, Temple Taggart, Kristin Anderson, Cathy Heller, Jill Harth, and Jessica Drake.

Zervos blamed Trump for grabbing her in an exceptionally plugged question and answer session before the presidential decision.

Trump’s reaction to Zervos’ movement is expected before the month’s over, said Zervos’ lawyer, Gloria Allred.

“We are confident that the court will deny President Trump’s movement to reject, so we may push ahead with disclosure and acquire applicable reports and declaration,” Allred said in an announcement.
