An Oregon judge has decided that Sweet Cakes by Melissa pastry shop in Portland will be compelled to pay a $135,000 fine to refuse to prepare a cake for a lesbian wedding, said KOIN Channel 6 on Thursday.

Aaron and Melissa Klein shut their pastry shop and requested the fine — which they paid in 2015 yet which has been held by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries from that point forward.
