A columnist at an off-camera White House squeeze instructions on Monday inquired as to why President Donald Trump kept on raising his previous battle match Hillary Clinton.
The columnist noticed that Trump had tweeted about Clinton’s little girl Chelsea early Monday morning. Trump stated: “If Chelsea Clinton were approached to hold the seat for her mom, as her mom gave our nation away, the Fake News would state CHELSEA FOR PRES!”
The columnist pondered when the president “would put Hillary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton and Bill Clinton in the back view reflect? He won the race. He won it reasonable and square. At the point when does he release them and look forward?”
White House representative press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders protected Trump by whining that the media had scrutinized his girl Ivanka for sitting in for him amid part of the G20 summit.
“I believe this tweet was a response to the attacks on his daughter taking his seat, if I’m correct. Is that the one you’re referring to? Look, this wasn’t about putting them in the front. This was about responding to an outrageous attack against a White House senior advisor.”
