Comey Plans To Open A Can On Trump-Russia Ties, With Proofs, During The Public Testimony

CNN has reported that according to a reliable source, former FBO Director James Comey plans to reveal bombshell information concerning his interactions with the president. Comey could give a public testimony on President Donald Trump as early as next week.

The source claims that Comey has already informed special counsel Robert Mueller about the general parameters he plans to stay in when answering questions. So far no date has been set for Comey to testify.

Several reports have emerged since Comey was let go of his job that the president asked Comey to stop investigating former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. Reports also show that Trump suggested Comey offer a pledge of loyalty and how Trump braged about firing Comey to the Russians as a way to take pressure off the Russian investigation.

“When he testifies, Comey is unlikely to be willing to discuss in any detail the FBI’s investigation into the charges of possible collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign,” CNN reports. “But he appears eager to discuss his tense interactions with Trump before his firing, which have now spurred allegations that the president may have tried to obstruct the investigation.”
