Watch: Conan O’Brien Notices A “Nervous Tic” That Shows When Sessions Is Lying

Conan O’Brien and his graphics team had some fun with Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ Senate testimony on Tuesday by adding a funny “nervous tic” that is a supposed sign that Sessions is lying.

In the opening segment of Conan’s Tuesday night show, he claimed to have spotted a “nervous tic, almost like a poker tell, that comes out at times when he may be lying.”

He then cut to a clip of Sessions claiming he never met Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak while at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C. last year. Afterwards, Sessions ears began to comically wiggle as he stared ahead nervously.

He then showed a clip where Sessions says “people are suggesting, through innuendo, that I have been not honest about matters, and I’ve tried to be honest.”

This is when the Attorney General’s ears began flapping faster like wings.
