Even though Alex Jones’ lawyer claimed during his custody battle that he was just an actor playing a role, Jones made a recording Tuesday morning insisting that he is real.
According to Jones’ lawyer, the “InfoWars” host is “playing a character” on his conspiracy theory radio show. The far-right host is currently going through a custody battle with his ex-wife, whose lawyers want to show videos of Jones’ show, where he is known to make unhinged and controversial outbursts, to jurors. His attorney claims that the outburst should not be relevant because he is “a performance artist.”
Even though he didn’t specifically address the statement his lawyer made, Jones said in the video that “we’re all actors, but I believe in what I stand for—I’m not an actor as my main identity.”
“They’re prancing online going, ‘Finally you admit it’s all fake and none of it’s real.’ Yeah, Brexit’s fake, taking down the New World Order’s fake, getting all of the gun laws repealed, that’s not happening? No, it’s happening. Getting a good Supreme Court justice appointed? That’s not happening? Everything we want is starting to happen,” he said.
Jones said that everybody “screaming ‘it’s fake, it’s fake, it’s fake’” are part of a globalist plan to destroy him.
